Here at Northside Engineering we service and repair all types of machinery, if it’s a machine and it needs some attention we will consider it, from the oldest machine long forgotten by the manufacturer or a new machine that does not have any local support.
We can make parts, repair and service almost anything. If your trusty machine has a problem please get in touch, we are flexible with our approach it does not matter if we have not seen one before, a simple fix may get it going again.
Cost-Effective Overhauls and Rebuilds
Overhauls and rebuilds are common with machinery, many machines are robust in their construction and an overhaul can give it years of service, modifying a machine to accommodate a new product style, speeding it up or bringing it up to the required safety standards can all be done at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
A complete rebuild is cost effective and with new paint and cleaning it can look new again.
Nationwide Support and Specialist Expertise
Our engineers travel throughout the UK conducting regular service schedules and attending breakdowns, if you do not have the parts we can get them, make them or find an alternative. If it’s a packaging machine such as a shrink wrapper or L Sealer it is possible we have parts on the shelf.
Our overhauls over the years have included several Europack machines for which we have extensive knowledge either as a full rebuild or a safety upgrade and refresh or just repairs following a mishap, we are able to implement some of the latest designs for sealing and cutting polythene film to make the operation cleaner and more reliable we can remove the need for the old traditional hot cutting wire so prone to breakages and producing fumes and odours.
