Since establishing in 2006 we have been serving the packaging and manufacturing industries in the Uk and overseas.
Working with a wealth of knowledge in the design and manufacture of automated machinery we have completed many projects, including end of line packaging machines such as Shrink Wrappers, Tray Erectors, Carton Erectors and proof of concept and prototype designs.
We have manufactured conveyors from the most basic to complex units for the food processing industries.
We are located just outside Beccles on the Norfolk / Suffolk border.
Machine Building & Repair
With over 50 years experience in the packaging and processing business, we turn ideas into reality. From initial concept through to detailed CAD design and finally the building and commissioning on site.
In our fully equipped workshop, our skilled staff manufacture the smallest component to a large batch of parts. We have large assembly areas to build anything from a short conveyor to a multi pallet board processing machine, including electrical panels and PLC control systems.
On site portals to allow monitoring and support for machines to minimise downtime through stoppages and modifications.
Online support and machine monitoring
In recent years we have been integrating online portals that allow us to monitor machine control systems remotely, this has proven to be of great benefit to customers as it often removes the need to visit the site to investigate problems.
